Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the South East who are looking to hire an interim contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

This role can be offered on a fully remote basis - part-time and full-time applications are welcomed.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience working within local government

- Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters within the IT category

- Have prior experience drafting social care and public health contracts

- Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
