Job Description:

Locum Litigation Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing is currently working with a Local Athority in Warwickshire who is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor.
​
The role:
  • 6-month initial contract, with a view to extend (could be up to a 2-year assignment)
  • Full-time hours ideally, although candidates may be considered at 4 days per week
  • Start date in the next 4 weeks

Essential:
  • Experience in both criminal and civil litigation
  • Experience in Local Authority
  • Must be able to commute to office twice per week (the rest is remote)
  • Must be a qualified solicitor

Desirable:
  • Planning experience, including experience in leading a Planning Committee
  • Experience in data protection, e.g. FOI's
