Locum Legal Business Support Officer – Hybrid – Midlands – Initial 3+ months – Rate DOE
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Local Authority in the Midlands to recruit a Locum Legal Business Support Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team.
 
The Role:
Position: Locum Legal Business Support Officer
Rate: DOE
Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension
Location: Hybrid with 2 office days per week
Hours: Full-time
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with signing and sealing duties
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required
  • Update case management systems and maintain accurate records
 
About You:
  • Experienced Legal Business Support Officer, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant
  • Public Sector/Local Authority Experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
