Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor
3-6 months initial contract
Fully remote working
£50-55 per hour (negotiable dependent upon experience)
 
Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in the South East who are looking for a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to join them for an initial 3 month contract with a strong likelihood of further extension.  The successful candidate will be able to work completely from home however, there is opportunity to attend the office located near to London, if that is your preference.

The role will involve providing specialist legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues relating to Adult Social Care including Ordinary Residence and CQC Advice. Additionally, there may be opportunity to assist with wider ASC matters. 

Essential criteria:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Good practical knowledge of ordinary residence and CQC matters
• Recent experience of working in a local authority setting advising on Adult Social Care matters.
• Experience of working independently with minimum supervision
