Locum Childcare Lawyer – Yorkshire – Hybrid Working – Excellent Rates
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Locum Childcare Lawyer to join their Legal Services team.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from home and attend court as required. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake their own advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload of public law childcare matters 
- Conduct advocacy in court hearings 
- Advise and support social care teams on childcare law and procedure 
- Prepare legal documents, statements, and evidence bundles 
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (CILEx) 
- Recent experience handling childcare cases within a local authority 
- Strong advocacy skills and ability to work independently 
- Excellent communication and case management abilities
