Job Description:

Locum Property Lawyer - Local Authority

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East of England who are looking for interim support in the property team on a part-time basis for a 12-month initial contract!

The role:

Day-to-day: commercial leases, licences, landlord & tenant work, easements, wayleaves, disposals, acquisitions, etc.
Contract length: 12-month initial contract
Start date: within the next 4 weeks
Attendance: fully remote
Hours: 18.5 hours per week

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with experience, or at least knowledge of Local Authority processes to be considered for this position!
