About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial and Procurement Lawyer to join a friendly local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial and Procurement Lawyer include:
- Drafting and issuing varies types of agreement, such as funding agreements
- Amending existing contracts
- Reviewing and negotiating terms
- Issuing correspondence and advice
- Conducting legal research
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial and Procurement Lawyer:
- Previous experience working as a Commercial and Procurement lawyer
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
