Are you a driven property or planning specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with a positive and welcoming legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of a Property or Planning Legal Officer on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period.

Requirements:

• Experience working a caseload in either planning or property law, this can be either residential or commercial
• Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority
• Law degree, ideally an SQE

 
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working own caseload of complex property or planning cases
• Advising on areas of property (commercial or residential), or planning legal matters
• Attending and preparing for legal proceedings
• Representing the Borough and external clients as appropriate
• Deputise for senior members of the legal team as appropriate
