Locum Planning Solicitor  – 6 months Minimum

Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join an excellent Local Authority in the Midlands

This assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. This role would be on a full-time and remote working basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of planning law to deal with a varied caseload.

Duties may include:

• Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
• Providing planning advice 
• Supporting the principal solicitor 
• No requirements to attend committees
