Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an adult-care lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,
The role can be conducted on a fully remote basis, although if preferred, hybrid working can be facilitated.
Some details of the assignment:
- Drafting s21As and s16s,
- Handling more general court of protection matters autonomously,
- Attend infrequent non-contested hearings,
- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
