Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are working with a growing Local Authority in the North East who are looking for an interim criminal prosecutions lawyer to join their team. The role is open to either qualified solicitor or barristers.

This role would require candidates to be able to travel to court in person, on average once a week.

The role:

  • Full-time
  • 3 month rolling contract to cover permanent recruitment
  • Court attendance in person weekly
  • Rate: £50-55ph depending on experience
  • Prior Local authority experience is preferred
  • Candidates must have experience prosecuting the following cases: trading standards, fly tipping, environmental protection, and planning enforcement.
