Interim Principal Property Lawyer - Local Authority

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East who are looking for interim support in the property team!

The role:
  • Day-to-day: commercial leases, licences, landlord & tenant work, easements, wayleaves, etc.
  • Contract length: 3-month initial contract, with a view to extend
  • Start date: within 4 weeks
  • Attendance: hybrid, ideally once per week attendance in office in Surrey (could be stretched to once per fortnight dependent on location of candidate)
  • Hours: 35 pw
  • No direct management involved, but mentoring and supervising from time to time

    You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with prior Local Authority experience to be considered for this position!
