Job Description:

Contracts and Procurement Lawyer – Remote Working

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Southeast who are looking to bring a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Contracts Lawyer:

  • Draft, review and negotiate various contracts:
    • Bespoke Framework Agreements
    • National LGPS Framework Agreements for Pensions
    • Administration Software Services,
    • ESPO Call-Off’s
    • Service Level Agreements,
    • SaaS’s
    • JCT’s, NEC's 
    • Grant Funding Agreements etc.
  • Update commercial contract templates on an ongoing basis, to maintain compliance with changes in global commercial company law (DPIA) (UK), CCPA, LGPD, and APPI.
  • Provide Procurement Advice
