Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer – Full Time – Remote – 3+ months – Midlands
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently seeking a Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in the Midlands on an interim basis.
 
Role Details:
Rate: Up to £60 per hour (umbrella)
Working Arrangement: Full Time, Remote with ad hoc Committee attendance
Duration: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Provide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and public rights of way law to members of staff
• Advise on S106 agreements, S38 & S278 highway agreements, alongside traffic regulation orders and all other related matters
• Assist with any other related matters, alongside ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
