Locum Planning Lawyer
About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a locum Planning Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team.
Key Responsibilities include
- Providing advice on planning and highway matters
- Drafting Section 106 agreements
- Attending the monthly Planning Committee (desirable)
This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government as a Planning lawyer
The client is open to fully remote candidates, however monthly Committee attendance is required.
