Commercial Property Lawyer

Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: Umbrella, negotiable, Indicate rate sought
 
35 hours per week
 

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with the whole range of local authority property work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters.
( Not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
You should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a complex workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
Local Authority Experience desirable.
Office attendance 2 days per week preferred.
