Prosecutions and Regulatory Lawyer

About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly local authority on a locum working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team on a long-term locum contract.
Key Responsibilities include dealing with prosecutions such as:
- Fly tipping
- School non-attendance
- Littering
- Waste
- Food safety
- Licensing
- Private landlord prosecutions
This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Prosecutions.
The client is ideally looking for a candidate who can attend court, but remote working can also be considered.
