About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a variety of large projects
- Progressing the acquisition of new school sites
- Academy Conversions
- Dealing with complex legal matters
- Instructing external legal advisors
- Liaising with external consultants
Desirable Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience of dealing with school sites and academisation is desirable but not essential
- Must have experience in regeneration and development
- Must have experience in landlord and tenant cases
