Litigation Lawyer
Full-time (condensed hours can be considered)

Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum litigation lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team, to start ASAP
This role is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis, with attendance in the office required weekly, and court attendance required as necessary.
Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer:
The successful Litigation Lawyer will be responsible dealing with a caseload of civil and criminal litigation matters, which may include;
- Tenancy fraud
- Travellers and other trespassers on council land
- Community Protection Notices
- Providing licensing advice to the Licensing Authoroty
- Environmental health
- Animal welfare
- Coroner hearings
