Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with an authority's growing legal team based in the North West who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract.

 

The role is due to commence at the end of May.

 

Candidates would be expected to attend both monthly planning committees in person, apart from that the role is fully remote.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, general advice, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be able to attend the planning committees each month,

- Have two references from previous employees.
