Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a gap in their growing team,
Candidates would be expected to conduct their own advocacy on an irregular basis, the rest of the role can be done on a fully remote basis.
Some details of the assignment:
- Drafting s21As and s16s,
- Handling more general court of protection matters autonomously,
- Attend infrequent non-contested hearings,
- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
