Planning Lawyer

Part-time, 2-3 days per week

Remote / Hybrid Working

Our client, a Local Authority based in the South East is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer on an ongoing, part-time, locum basis.

This role can be undertaken on a hybrid or remote working basis, with attendance in-person required for planning committee meetings only.

Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

The successful Planning Lawyer will be responsible for a workload to include;

  • Negotiating, drafting and completing S106 Agreements
  • Providing advice to the Planning team
  • Attendance at planning committee meetings
