Position: Locum Planning & Highways Paralegal
Organisation: Northwest Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours a week
Working Arrangement: Remote working, occasional travel is beneficial
Hourly Rate: Up to £30 per hour, umbrella
 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority legal team.
 
Role Description:
As a Paralegal (Highways, Planning and Environment), you will manage a caseload and assist the legal team. The team deals with the Legal work for a wide variety of clients including Highways and Public Rights of Way. The role is varied and includes preparing Legal Notices, contributing to Legal Reports and supporting Solicitors in the team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services within the Resources Directorate.
