Adult Social Care Lawyer

London Authority

Locum Contract

Hybrid Working Arrangement

£50 - £55 per hour (Umbrella)

Our Local Authority client is seeking a Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team for an initial 3 month locum contract with a view for it to be ongoing.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be able to carry a caseload of:

  • Deprivation of Liberty Cases
  • Judicial Reviews
  • Court of Protection Proceedings
  • Issues relating to s29 of the Mental Health Act

This London Authority is seeking an Adults Lawyer who can offer the following:

  • A current practising certificate (Barrister, Solicitor or CILEx)
  • Office attendance is usually 1-2 day per week, as well as court attendance (which would count towards office attendance)
  • Full time hours are ideally, but requests for part-time hours will also be considered

This will be a great opportunity for a determined Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload.
