Locum Commercial Construction Solicitor – Full Time - Remote – Up to £65 per hour (Umbrella) – South of England Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established
Local Authority who are seeking an experienced
Locum Construction Solicitor to join the team on
a full-time, remote working basis. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality drafting NEC and JCT Contracts
- Work on a varied caseload of high-volume infrastructure projects
- Provide clear and strategic legal advice to key stakeholders within the organisation
Requirements:
- Experience of working in the Public Sector, or a background in advising Public Sector clients
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
Role Overview:
- Position: Commercial Construction Solicitor
- Location: Remote working with equipment collection on first day
- Contract Length: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension
- Rate: Up to £65 per hour (Umbrella)
