Locum Commercial Construction Solicitor – Full Time - Remote – Up to £65 per hour (Umbrella) – South of England
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established Local Authority who are seeking an experienced Locum Construction Solicitor to join the team on a full-time, remote working basis.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality drafting NEC and JCT Contracts
  • Work on a varied caseload of high-volume infrastructure projects
  • Provide clear and strategic legal advice to key stakeholders within the organisation
 
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the Public Sector, or a background in advising Public Sector clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision
 
Role Overview:
  • Position: Commercial Construction Solicitor
  • Location: Remote working with equipment collection on first day
  • Contract Length: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension
  • Rate: Up to £65 per hour (Umbrella)
