Senior Childcare Lawyer

Rate:        £55 per hour (umbrella)

Location: Greater Manchester

Working:  Remote with Court Attendance

About the Childcare Lawyer Role:

Venn Group are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the North West on a locum basis. The role will be until the end of Aug 2025 initially with a strong possibility of this being extended.

Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:

• To provide legal advice and support services to clients
• To carry a caseload of predominantly public childcare care proceedings
• To attend court hearings in person (once or twice a month)
