Locum Planning Solicitor – Remote Working – Ad Hoc 1 Year
Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join an excellent Public Sector Organisation on a long term, ad hoc contract.
This assignment will be for an initial period of 12 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. The ideal candidate would work flexibly on a remote working basis.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of planning work to deal with a varied caseload.
Duties may include:
- Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
- Providing planning advice
- Supporting the principal solicitor
