Planning Lawyer – North West - Remote

Vivid are working with a local authority in North West who are looking to bring a Planning Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

  • Attend remote planning Committee 
  • Provide planning advice
  • Handle a caseload of s106's
  • Deal with planning appeals
