Due to an increase in workload, Sellick Partnership has partnered with one of our local authority client's who are seeking a prosecutions locum to support the team on an interim basis.
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including:
- Health and Safety prosecutions
- Food hygiene prosecutions
- Fly tipping
- Breach of CPN
- Planning enforcement breaches
- Licensing appeals and hearings
- Attendance at Court to undertake advocacy when required
You will be required to be either a qualified solicitor, FCILEX or practising barrister with previous experience within this field.
This role will initially be for three months with the possibility for extension. Full time hours preferred however the client may consider part time working.
