Adult Social Care Lawyer – Fully Remote | 3-6 Month Contract
A Yorkshire-based local council is seeking a skilled legal professional to provide expert advice and representation on adult social care matters.
The Role:
Advising on adult social care law, including safeguarding, Court of Protection cases, mental capacity, and community care matters.
Handling a varied caseload, including judicial review, deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS), and Mental Health Act cases.
Representing the council in hearings and liaising with key stakeholders.
Providing practical and strategic legal guidance to social care teams.

Who We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with experience in adult social care law.
Strong advocacy skills and experience handling Court of Protection matters.
