Adult Social Care Lawyer – Fully Remote | 3-6 Month Contract

A Yorkshire-based local council is seeking a skilled legal professional to provide expert advice and representation on adult social care matters.

The Role:

• Advising on adult social care law, including safeguarding, Court of Protection cases, mental capacity, and community care matters.

• Handling a varied caseload, including judicial review, deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLS), and Mental Health Act cases.

• Representing the council in hearings and liaising with key stakeholders.

• Providing practical and strategic legal guidance to social care teams.

Who We're Looking For:
