Venn Group’s specialist legal team is assisting a Local Authority in the East Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Right to Buy Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a legal administrator or someone with existing conveyancing or Right to Buy experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing Right to Buy applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation
• Conducting eligibility checks, liaising with tenants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and issuing Section 125 Notices and ensuring deadlines are met
• Providing advice and guidance to tenants and internal teams regarding Right to Buy procedures

Role Details:

• Duration: 3-6-month contract, with a likelihood of extension thereafter
• Working Arrangements: Full or Part Time, 2 days a week in office in the East Midlands
• Rate: Up to £30 per hour (via umbrella)
