Panoramic Associates is partnering with a local authority based in the North East to recruit a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to provide expert legal support in housing law and disputes.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and high-profile caseload, working within a supportive team. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with on average one day per week in office - depending on court listings, and occasional travel to attend court as required.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload, including:
  • Housing disrepair claims
  • Anti-social behaviour cases
  • Possession proceedings
• Providing strategic legal advice on housing litigation matters
   

Essential Experience:

•  A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong background in Housing Litigation
•  Previous experience in local government or a housing association (desirable)
•  Proven advocacy experience in the Magistrates Court
•  Ability to manage a complex caseload independently
