We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a firm in Tyne and Wear on an immediate basis. This role is available whilst the firm recruit for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
• Handle landlord and tenant issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial property law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
