Housing Litigation Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.

Previous Housing Litigation experience is essential for this role, as the workload is likely to include:

• Possession actions
• Contested claims
• Injunction applications
• Anti-social behaviour
• Advocacy

This role is to start immediately on either a full-time or part-time basis for an initial period of 3 months although there is a possibility that the assignment will be extended.
