Property Lawyer – South West - Remote Working 

Vivid are working with a local authority in the South West who are looking to bring a Property Lawyer with residential experience into their team on an interim basis for at least a year. 

You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a 12 month contract with a likelihood of extension.

• Commercial Terms/Agreements
• Purchase & sale of land
• Leases and Licenses
• Residential matters - Right to Buy
