I am currently working with a Local Authority who are on the market for some additional support in their property team!

In terms of the role: 
- Remote. 
- Mat cover (12 month contract).
- Dealing with a mixed bag of commercial and residential matters with split being about 80% commercial and 20% residential. 
- Any experience dealing with regeneration projects is also ideal but not essential.
