Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in South East England who are seeking to hire an education lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months.

The candidate can work fully remotely except for very infrequent meetings

The ideal candidate will:

- D2D of school transport queries, planning queries, SEN queries (no tribunals), complaints, pre action JRs, etc. 

- Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision,

- Be experienced working in the public sector.
