Property LawyerVivid Resourcing are currently working with a Government body in the South East who are looking for a commercial property lawyer to join their team!
- Contract length: 3-6 months initially, with a view to extend
- Day-to-day: leases, licences, rent reviews, deeds of variation, etc.
- Start date: ideally before the end of Jan
- Hours: part time; 10-15 hours
- Someone local ideal but happy to consider fully remote candidates
