Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a housing management lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.

 

The role would require regular court attendance on possessions and ASBs cases, however there is no requirement for office presence.

 

The Role:

- Hold a full caseload inclusive of homelessness, possessions, ASBs, and injunctions,

- Requires a start date in February,

- Candidates must have strong experience conducting their own non-contested hearings,

- No prior local authority experience is required,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
