Criminal Litigation & Prosecution Lawyer – Midlands 

Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Criminal Litigation & Prosecution Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work majority remotely, on an initial rolling contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Prosecution Lawyer:

• Managing a mixed caseload of prosecution matters including:
  • ASB
  • Littering prosecutions
  • Envorinmental prosecutions
  • Trading standards
  • Various other prosecutions matters
• Conduct advocacy in court as required.
