Main Responsibilities:- Providing support to the Legal Services Manager, solicitors, and social work clients
- Preparing court documents and bundles, assessing client statements, liaising with the courts, counsel, and other external organisations such as external solicitors
- Supporting the solicitors in the team with their caseload including support work on the most complex and high-profile cases.
- Experience in Education is beneficial but not essential
Recent Legal Assistant/Administration experience is essential, as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Candidates must have worked in a Local Authority.
