Venn Group's specialist Executive/Interim Division are delighted to be partnering with a London Borough to support them with the recruitment of an Interim Head of Legal Services.
This assignment is offered for an initial 3 - 6 month contract and would be a full-time role, unfortunately for this position part-time applicants would not be suitable though 4 days per week may be considered. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office twice per week. This role will work closely with the legal services management team, support the Monitoring Officer and the Council’s Senior Management Team (CMT) to inform decisions and maintain standards. A significant change programme is being formulated for legal services which will require strong expertise and leadership to implement. This role will incorporate the leadership and management of the legal services function during this period of review and change and consider a more integrated operating model across the Council’s legal and democratic services.
A rate of up to £600 per day via an umbrella company can be considered depending upon your experience.
