Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in South East England who are seeking to hire an education and SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months.
Ideally candidate would be able to attend the office weekly in line with broader Council policy, however alternative arrangements are open for consideration.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years PQE,
- Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions tribunals,
- Ideally have experience with s4441s,
- Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision,
- Be experienced working in the public sector.
