My local authority client is looking to bring on a full time Adult Social Care Solicitor. This role is for 3 months with possibility of extension.
Start Date: February (flexible)
Rate: £DOE
Job Details:
- Perform own advocacy (remote)
- Section 21a's, COP DoLs, mental capacity act
- Providing high quality accurate legal advice on a range of legal issues
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- 3 years PQE+
- Local authority experience (1 assignment)
