Job Description:

Principal Lawyer (Physical Infrastructure/Regeneration)

Manchester CC

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable, umbrella (Indicate rate sought)

 

Ideally Hybrid 2 days per week in office, but can be flexible. 
 

The applicant will need to have strong experience of managing a varied caseload of complex, high profile and innovative legal matters relating to a wide range of planning, highways and related regeneration work.  They will need to have a track record of inspiring confidence in clients and excellent communication skills.

 

No advocacy required. (though we may need the candidate to instruct Counsel on certain matters, e.g. planning appeals or Judicial Review)
