We are currently partnering with a Local Authority in the North West, who are recruiting for a locum Planning Lawyer to join their team until the end of March 2025.
 
This role offers remote working and the rate is negotiable subject to PQE.
 
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling a caseload of planning, highways, compulsory purchase and regeneration legal work, including high value major development and infrastructure projects
• Advising on matters including town and village greens, community right to bid, contracts, property and housing law in relation to development projects, and public/administrative law
  Instructing Counsel on matters including planning appeals and Judicial Review 

 
Experience required:

• Local Government Planning Law

 
Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
