Job Description:

Locum Planning Solicitor – Hybrid Working – up to £55 per hour outside IR35 – 6 months 

Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join an excellent Public Sector Organisation in the South East

This assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. The ideal candidate would work full-time basis with occasional attendance. 

Duties may include:

  • Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
  • Attending planning committees once per month
  • Providing planning advice 
  • Supporting the principal solicitor 
  • Providing support to junior staff
