Property & Regeneration Lawyer

London Borough of Merton (SLLP)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

35 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to work particularly closely with one of our partners, the Royal Borough of Kingston of Thames.

Working on regeneration plans and projects and ensuring that the programme complies with the principles of good governance.

As well as carrying out some transactional work yourself, you will act as intelligent client for the retained external legal advisers and be the conduit for the work carried out by SLLP colleagues.

Experience and background in commercial property although we would also welcome applications from planning and procurement specialists.
