Litigation Lawyer

Rate: £55 - £60 per hour (umbrella/interim)

Location: South East

Working: Hybrid

About the Litigation Lawyer Role:

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer to join a local authority based in the south East in January '25. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer role:

The successful Litigation Solicitor or Barrister will be able to 'hit the ground running' and manage their caseload of both criminal and civil litigation matters and have recent experience of casework, and particularly recent experience within licensing committees, which may include matters such as:

  • Planning Enforcement
  • Licensing prosecutions
  • Food Hygiene Prosecutions
  • Enforcement of charging orders

You will need to be able to undertake advocacy in person once per week in the Home Counties.
